Tunnel Washers
Completely Upgraded. Born in the home of China's tunnel washer, the Laundry Dragon® from SEA-LION combines world-class technology with the preferred solution for large-scale laundering: a combined rinse-water recirculation system. Compared to conventional washing it reduces water consumption by 70% and electricity use by 60%; substantially lowering operating costs. This fully automatic continuous line delivers precision cleaning and a new standard of efficiency and energy savings. Its large-angle oscillation system works with a helical inner drum to generate powerful, evenly distributed mechanical action for outstanding wash quality. Two water tanks and independent-plus-counterflow dual rinsing greatly improve water and heat recovery, reducing total washing cost per kilogram of linen. The 18-compartment, 80 kg model offers China's largest capacity per compartment, exceptional cleaning performance, and ultra-high throughput.

With a fully enclosed frame and protective seal, linens are loaded from the soiled side and automatically unloaded on the clean side after washing—eliminating any risk of cross-contamination. Water Droplet Drum Design
Several models of Sea-lion XGQ washer-extractors are available with the patented "Water Droplet" drum design feature.
